Meet Sonia

Your Friend, Planner & Storyteller

I am so happy you're here!

With years of experience executing weddings, corporate, social, and private events, I bring professionalism, creativity and a passion for creating wonderful memories. I received my Bachelors Degree in Event Management, and since then have been hooked with the ever so growing events industry. My eye for design and friendly & calm demeanor, make the process of planning your event easy and enjoyable. Living and working in The Valley has allowed me to build relationships with vendors, venues and wineries all over the Napa & Sonoma area. I truly love what I do and am inspired by the wonderful people I get to make connections and memories with.

Growing up in a big Hispanic family in Northern California, life is always a party! Being around good food and even greater company, is what inspired me to take the path of providing that same experience for my clients. In my free time you will find me trying a new restaurant, snowboarding in Tahoe or on an adventure with my fiance and our golden setter, Koa. Lets go grab a bite, a good drink, and get to know each other!

You can find me on the ranch with my puppy and hubby. . . . . .

I live on a big vineyard above The Napa Valley with my husband and our Red Golden Setter, Koa.
I believe that at the end of the day, kindness, respect and love win, every time.
I am fluent in Spanish, it was actually my first language.
My favorite snack are cucumbers, which means pickles too. Last summer I grew 6 varieties of cucumber....still wasn't enough.

I wear my heart on my sleeve, you will most likely see me crying at every wedding.
My husband and I grow and make wine for fun. From managing the vineyard, to picking the grapes, bottling and of course drinking it.
I am a proud Covid Bride who eloped and like many others had to postpone the big wedding plans.
Tahoe is my home away from home. You can find me strapped to a snowboard in the Winter or kayaking Lake Tahoe in the Summer.

I lived in Spain for a year and was fortunate enough to travel all around Europe, visiting 13 countries. This is where a lot of my inspiration comes from.
My family is the most important thing to me, my mom is my best friend and we chat on the phone at least 3 times a day.
I am a big foodie! I love Mexican food (still learning recipes from my mom), Ramen and a good Thai stir fry (extra prawns please).
