This package is for clients who prefer to do most of the planning and need assistance executing the final details. At this point you have your vendors & venue booked. UTVE steps in 1 month before your special day to button up details, such as finalizing the timeline and manage vendors + venue communication. On the big day, the UTVE team will be there to facilitate setup, send you down the aisle and assure the day runs smoothly.
This package appeals to those clients who like to be hands-on with the planning process, but still need some useful direction. The UTVE team works with you to finalize rental orders, confirm vendor contracts, and communicate with the venue so you can enjoy the process. Feeling indecisive on aesthetics? Don't worry, we utilize our experience and knack for design to create the experience of your dreams.
Full Service Planning
This package is perfect for the couple who doesn’t know where to start and requires professional guidance from start to finish. We are with you every step of the way, tackling design, logistics, and coordination. From arranging and attending vendor meetings, to sending you off on your honeymoon, we make it happen!

How many hours do you work on a wedding day?
I am an early bird and a stickler for being on time. I am the first one to arrive at the venue and there to welcome the vendors. My average wedding day is 10-12 hours.
Are you available for travel?
Heck yes I am! I love traveling and am more than happy to make the trip wherever you need me!
Do you have a backup in case of emergency?
Yes! I am a part of a collective made up of 8 independent planners. To say we have each other backs is an understatement. Feel confident in knowing you will be in good hands and taken care of on your wedding day.
What is your response time?
I am available by phone, text or email. I get back to my clients within 24 hours. In case of emergency, I am just a phone call away!
Do you assist with vendor & venue recommendations?
I recommend vendors/venues that meet your style & budget. I have a great list from hair & makeup to catering to florists.
Do you help with styling?
Helping with design is one of my favorite parts! I used to work at an event rental company and styled weddings and winery events all over The Valley. Assuring my clients had the right dinnerware, linens, glassware and tables is what I loved to do. Now I help brides create a tablescape that reflects their own style and vision. I also create design boards so you can see your event come to life.
How do I secure my date?
I require a 50% retainer fee to secure your date. By securing your date, I am closing that date for all future inquires.
Do you help with rehearsal?
I attend the rehearsal and do a walkthrough of the venue with you. The rehearsal is typically an hour and we go through the processional and recessional, along with getting everyone in their place so they are 100% comfortable on the wedding day. During this time I will receive all your personal decor; place cards, table numbers, welcome table items, candles, etc.
What is your planning style?
Love, honesty and reliability are my core values. I am invested in you from the day you book me and with that you can be confident I have your back and best interest at heart. I want to be there not only as a planner but a friend and a cheerleader as you get close to the big day! I am there to make sure all the details are set, but also to assure you everything will turn out beautiful (yes I can be a therapist). Theres nothing I wouldn't do on a wedding day for my client as long as the final product is a happy outcome.
