"This is an extremely overdue review. I would 1000% recommend Under the Vine Events to help coordinate a wedding or any other event. Sonia is absolutely amazing in every way. We hired Sonia as a day of coordinator for our wedding on October 10, 2020. Our wedding plans had to be completely altered due to Covid. We originally planned for a 150 guest wedding at a venue that had to be changed to a 40 guest wedding on a private property in Napa. The whole event was executed seamlessly, and that would not have been able to happen without having Under the Vine Events. Sonia handled a very stressful situation with ease and had great connections with vendors. Our wedding was actually more beautiful and special than we could have ever imagined. Sonia was there for us every step of the way and is extremely organized. She help with all vendor contact the month before the wedding, had a detailed Google doc with all of the day-of information, helped with creating a rental list, and always there for my thousands of questions. I would not hesitate to reach out to Sonia. She is a great person and an amazing coordinator. She is so easy to talk to and is very calming during such an exciting time. Not only did she provide invaluable support in planning the wedding (keeping in contact and coordinating with all my vendors, building a detailed schedule to share with me and all the vendors, providing advice, and finalizing details), but I also had multiple people come up to me on the wedding day complimenting on how helpful and friendly she was.
